Week 2. Got serious with the shoulder prehab stuff again. Last press session went to crap due to pain. Also went back to the power bar. Nope! Went to reverse grip for the first time in years to see if it was doable. Lots of stability and form issues.
Thinking I may just leave bench alone completely other than as some assistance work like last year. I only get 1-2, 8-12 week cycles now before I'm too banged up.
Shoulder Mobility
Bench Press 122k x 1 - too damned tweaky
Reverse Grip Bench 70 x 5, 100 x 5, 3, 110 x 2, 122k x 2 x 3r
