Week 7. One more volume day then I'll get to start a new cycle. Chipping away. I'll have to retest my 1RM again at some point. Pushed a couple of extra reps on my first set. Should put me around 600 for a 1RM. Maybe for my 51st in a couple of weeks… Nah. Stick to the plan dummy. 

Did some singles afterwards and really worked on speed with them.
