W1D1 restart. It's been about 3.5 weeks since I've gotten to lift so it'll be interesting to see how I feel in the coming days. Definitely feel it creeping in. Lost a few reps and weight on the assistance stuff. I haven't been eating properly for a few weeks either so that doesn't help much.
