Week 1. Did a reset on the squat. Just feel like I need a few weeks of higher reps for a reset.
SSB Box Squat 144k(317#) x 3 x 10r
Belt Squat 200 x 2 x 12r
GHR 273.5 x 2 x 10r
Sandbag Row - nope. Hammies are cooked from not hitting them direct for a bit.
