W2D1 Press

Week 2, day 1. Busy over the weekend and yesterday setting up my new rack and removing the old stuff from the gym. I've still got a truckload of cardboard to go to the recycle but I'm getting closer to being finished. 

Strict Press 75k x 5 x 5r

Forehead Pin Press 95k x 6 x 3r - let's see if I can add 2kg a week for a bit…

Dip 275.7# x 4 x 6r - still acclimating 

Pull-ups w/35# Deload (240.7#) x 5/4/3/2/1

Barbell Curl 40k x 4 x 5r - need to work a lot again to get by hands to supinate enough for these. Looks like March 2023 since I did them last… I also must've really gimped my left arm earlier this year. I thought it was just my braich. Nope. At least they got easier set to set.
