W12H. Today really sucked. I was feeling great through all of the lighter warmups but I failed my first rep at 215 and had to hit it again. 225 and 235 weren't bad but I stalled at 250. Another case of the diet and sleep 1-2 days ahead of maxing being more detrimental than the day of. Oh well. Keep chipping away.
