W12T1 Press, W7 Squat. Going to ignore that I was pressing yesterday and just do some more. Got to spread this week out a bit too. Lots of travel plus the comp on Saturday. I'm also supposed to be peaking my press 1RM this week as well but I think I'll just press twice this week and hit it better rested next week. First day trying my Tuff knee sleeves. Really like them so far.
