Week 1, day 1 of more press shenanigans. The 7 week program again. I'll focus on push pressing on my second days.
Fun fact. Not benching for awhile seems to have given me a tightness in my shoulders I haven't experienced before that makes dips niggly. For now. Take it a tad easy.
Strict Press 160 x 5 x 5r
Forehead Pin Press 205 x 6 x 3r
Dip 273# x 5 x 5r
Pull-ups w/40# Deload (233#) x 5 x 5r - after the first set I quit using the chair
Hammer Curl w/FG 45e x 3 x 5r - first time I'm able to do this in a bit. Gimped my braich a few months ago. Left is feeling a bit niggly yet. I'll ease into these a bit too.
