W1 Bench w/releasers

Week 1. First session trying the weight releasers. Didn't get started until late so I had a bare bones session.

Bench Press
20 x 3 x 15r, 70 x 5, 90 x 5, 105 x 3

Add weight releasers w/30.75k
105/110/115/120 x 5r
122 x 4 and a staple

Can't wait for this illness to leave.

Week 6. Sick. I guess the doctor's right with this lasting up to 8 weeks. Been wearing wrist wraps during squats for the past month or so. Wrist feels much better.

Good enough. Can't peak good today. Next week I'll fire up my 5th cycle and hopefully be feeling good to peak at the end of it. What a horrible bench session.

Week 8. Still sick. Was supposed to be 3 sets of 4 for bench. Historically my toughest week. Lost tightness and missed the 4th on the first set so I dropped to triples. Can't feel too bad. First miss in 36 weeks and I'm sick. Anywhooo, a few extra sets just cause.
