Squat & Grip
First day trying the oly shoes. I like them but they'll take a little getting used to. I've been trying Superpump 250 for the past couple of weeks as well and I think I'll be ditching it. I just don't feel that good on it and I've seen no noticeable gains in performance.
The Superpump made me kinda headachy and nauseous so I didn't do any support work tonight.
