Felt good. Finally moved the bench up a bit again, dumbbell rows were feeling really strong and the 2HP felt great, especially the last set at 167.
I should've left the bending alone. Elbow was feeling a little tweaky and doing the lat/chest work I think sapped some power. Best to leave for deadlift and squat days I think.
