2) Bench Press
WU to 235 x 8, 6, 6, 5, 5, 5
- First 4 sets done narrow grip and the last 2 with the pinkies touching the rings.
No time for the GM's as I had to run to the door to receive my new bumper plates :D
Armwrestling again tonight at Matt's.
