Week 2. For the pulls I'll add a set of chains per week. Reset after 5 weeks (when I run out of 5/8") and up the bar by 20# and repeat. We'll see how that feels. I call my chain sets 36# each.
Also my squat bar showed up today. Beautiful and exceptionally packaged. The little UPS lady was looking at it worriedly until I came out haha!
Walking is pretty sketchy after that BFR stuff too.

Leg Extension BFR 80 x 3 x 15r
Seated Calf Raise 165 x 3 x 15r
