1) CV Deads - Regular Stance

Pulls felt good and really fast. I'm going to make a conscious effort to keep the speed (or at least perceived speed) up on all of my movements. I had the choice of deads or squats as they were both feeling good but deads are number one on my hit list so that's where I put the effort.

The 2HP wasn't that heavy but felt really good and I could've kept up that pace for quite some time if I didn't get the tear. Oh well, there's always next time....maybe tomorrow.

I went into this workout feeling like crap. A bit of a head cold and a bunch of stress. As I write this I feel fantastic. Deadlifting is the bee's knees!
