Went into tonights workout with the idea of hitting vbar and grippers both using Aaron's principles. The v-bar felt good and light. I knocked 15% off of my last single to get a working weight and I'll go from there.
Grippers were a different story....crap. I could still feel a little tightness in my flexors from my axle work on Sunday and it took any snap I had away. I need to do a little restructuring to be able to keep these exercises in my regular rotation.
I'll try grippers again after my ME squat workout I think.
