Before Supper
1) Partial Chins BW x 5 x 8r
2) Hammer Curl Iso's 32k x 34/30, 30/30
3) Partial DB Curls 85 x 2 x 10r
4) Pronation Curls w/Towel 25 x 20, 15, 15 - kept them very strict
I also did my daily club shield casts but left out the gripper for some dumbbell work tomorrow. I'll also do my wrist curls then as well.
