Blobbing the 40# between chin sets.

32k Hammer Iso x 1 - too weak

Towel Pronations 35 x 2 x 15r

DB Wrist Curls w/Manus 70 x 2 x 25r

Cyplenkov Wrist Curls w/Terminator 20 x 2 x 18r
