Nice work on the can blow ups! This was always something that people asked for and were more impressed with than any of the harder feats I used to do. I think it's because of the visual aspect of it.
I agree Ben. Decks of cards and such can be way harder. I've never bothered to bust a can in front of anyone before as I don't feel like getting soggy most of the time.
I used to put on a raincoat when blowing up cans. Learned that the sticky way, lol.
Side note: Great job on the very significant and fast weight loss! I know you said it's a keto diet. Did you buy a specific keto diet e-book or something like that? Or just go with info on a free website.
Thanks Ben! It's been kind of a conglomeration after reading a few ebooks; Carb Nite, Metabolic Diet, etc. At the start I went 10 days with very low carb. About 65% fat, 5% carb, and 30% protein. Later I upped the protein to about 35%. Enough that the protein was about 0.6g per kg of bodyweight. I'd also cheat once a week but I'd still keep my calories down. Now I've switched it to more of a bodybuilder cut to increase the carbs to help spare my protein and muscle loss. It's still at the 0.6g/kg, 1g/pound carbs, and make up the remaining calories in fat. I try to stay at a 500-1000 calorie per day deficit to lose 1-2 pounds per week. Right now I consume approximately 185g of protein, 250g of carbs, and about 35g of fat per day. This doesn't account for a bit more when I work out.
