Only went to 185 as the bar speed dropped a bit. Looking forward to some more mountains this weekend.

- Front Lateral Raise 25e x 3 x 12r
- Seated High Incline Shoulder Press 65e x 5 - too cooked
- Dead Hang x 3 x 0:45
