Squished or pinched something with the SSB that's giving me pain in my left shoulder pretty good. Dangit. Monday is my overhead test day. Might still be able to do it outside at home yet which is pretty good as it'll be November. After that I'll be looking at a public gym to press for the winter.
I also need to remember to eat during the day. Busy, busy.
