Heel is still gimpy so I skipped my pulls. Hopefully I can squat on Monday. Maybe high box to keep the ankle flexion down.
W1D2 of press. I think I'll have to trim my bench sets. Instead of waving from 3 to 5 sets I'll stay at 3 sets and hit my goal reps on the 3rd weeks. Example would be with these 90's I would've did 3 x 8r, 3 x 10r, and 3 x 10r in the final week. We'll see.
