Week 4. Finally. Wednesday worked late. Thursday my tummy-tum said "I'll be your huckleberry", and today with two scoops she's a go!
Side note; that is a great little bodyweight circuit. I'll add rounds as I go. That said, I'm going to feel this in the coming days.
