Week 2. 10 reppers still suck. History tells me that next week they'll feel the best and then I'm done with them. That said, the basement is so freaking hot and muggy it's tough to stay motivated.

W3D2. Jumped up on the cg bench. Was going to start with 2x5r but it wasn't there today. I think I'll work this to a 6x4r over the coming weeks. Gotta remember a 5kg jump may be a tad much.

W1 Squat - Second Step Loaded Run

Week 1, second step loading run. Heading into another 18 week double progression. Should be wrapping this one up at Xmas. Starting this run with 10kg on my last runs numbers.
Also throwing in the BSS with my new TDS rack. Figuring things out. Really like how the rear leg "floats" like this. Takes almost zero weight. Plus it's very comfy and consistent.
