Week 1, second step loading run. Heading into another 18 week double progression. Should be wrapping this one up at Xmas. Starting this run with 10kg on my last runs numbers.
Also throwing in the BSS with my new TDS rack. Figuring things out. Really like how the rear leg "floats" like this. Takes almost zero weight. Plus it's very comfy and consistent.
