Week 6. TSE. Had to do some metric conversions for my dead's. So damn muggy I decided I didn't need an additional warm-up.
Deadlift 70k x 4 x 5r, 120 x 3, 140 x 2, 165 x 1, 177.5k/391 x 6 x 5r
GHR Weighted Back Raise 25# x 3 x 12r
DB Hammer Curl 40e x 2 x 8r, 45e x 3 x 8r
