Week 2
One Arm Cable Hammer Curl 30e x 3 x 10r - left arm was shaky on the first set again. Cleaned up my angle after that first set too. Last set was the strongest. Guess I should have some primer sets.

Hip Belt Squat 240 x 3 x 8r - needed to stand a smidge closer
Seated Uni Cable Leg Curl 30/35/45/45/45e x 8r
230# Sandbag over 48" Bar x 7 x 2r - 0:60 rests
One Arm Cable Ext 30e x 10/9/8 - weird how the weak side can switch
