Hang onto what's there session #3
Overhead was feeling a little "weird" on some of the surgery scarred spots when I was stretched out at the top. Went away mostly through the warmups. Breathing throughout and not pressuring up.
Strict Press Single then 155 x 7 x 5r
DB Bench 90e x 12/12/12/5 - unstable so I stopped to prevent something bad happening
Dips RP - omitted
Pulldowns 200 x 3 x 8r
Hammer Curl 35e x 3 x 12r
