Bench

Reset day for another wave for bench. Interesting thing with getting to back squat again is that it felt as easy as it should have if I was squatting for the past seven weeks however… my core, back, etc. really got some DOMS from bracing which never happens as well as my ass getting particularly tender. Interesting to "feel" specifically the muscular usage differences between belt squatting and having the bar back on my back. Definitely correlation but I should've added planks, pallof presses, etc. and some GHR.

TTK One Hand 8.5 x 3 x 10r
