Deads

Little meh with niggles yesterday so I postponed until today. Worked up to a single on the axle deads. Moving the right way after not doing grip really for years. Happy to throw the kettlebells back in the mix. Going to take a couple sessions to get my form and volume back up.

DO Axle Deadlift 233/253/263/283 x 2r, 303/323 x 1r
KB Double Clean/Squat Ladders 2x24k x 3 x 1-2-3r
Seated Calf Raise 170 x 3 x 15r
