Squat

Started getting a weird cramp in the side of my abs about halfway through my squat work-sets. Hopefully it's just the cereal I ate beforehand. Looking forward to getting my second Pfizer jab tomorrow morning as well. Fingers crossed that I continue with no side effects.

Reverse Bend 6x1/4" grade 8 in 3 hits to 40'
DO Axle Deadlift 258 x 6 x 3r
Full RoM DB Wrist Curl 40e x 5 x 20r
Seated Calf Raise 170 x 30/25/20
