Jacked up my left middle finger up good on the pinching. Sloooower dumbass. I'll knock off a bunch of poundage and just step load the sets for a bit starting next time.

Red Rafter Curl 10# x 2 x 10r - ouch on the left
DB Wrist Curl 55 x 19, 20
Dead Hang 270 x 0:30, 0:35, 0:40
