Decided to just screw around a bit today. I wanted a 700 pull but it wasn't there today. I'll accept that as I haven't been training for it anyways.
18" Axle Deadlift 503/553/593/643 x 1 683 x F/F just above my knee. I was going to do a 3x3 with 593 but I'm bagged.
Played a bit with my power twisters and had some good attempts with the 100kg iHuniu.
