Week 1
Reset for a new cycle. Did paused deads with the straight weight for a change.
Pulldowns the way I saw Ryan Humelston(sp?) doing them. Elbow remains fixed at 90' so it's more like a pullover. Feel it a lot in the lats.
CS negs 5 count down. Holy crap! Two hand concentric then a nice one-handed eccentric. Effective.
Paused Deadlift 415 x 6 x 3r
DO Axle Deads - rest week
Barbell Row 225 x 3 x 8r
Pulldowns 135 x 3 x 10r
One Armed Seated CS Row Negs 170 x 2 x 5r
Futzing with the Baby Inch and hub lifting a 45 between sets.
