Bench redux. Much better than yesterday.
Seated Press x 60/70/80k x 3, 92k x 2
DB Bench 90e x 4 x 12r
Dip 269+25 x 2 x 6r
EZ Skullcrushers 85 x 3 x 15r
Reverse EZ Curl 85 x 2 x 10r
Dead Hang 269+50(319) x 1:10 wow! Add more weight I guess. I want to be in the 0:30 to 0:45 range
