Bench

November 5, 2021

Last week with the 120's. Reset to the 90's for high reps next time around. I wish today I was maxing my press. Pretty sure that 265 would've been easy and I could've attempted 275. Oh well. Even with the gimpy shoulder they were feeling good. Nice and warm outside. That's not going to last for long. Pretty interested in seeing what the public gyms here have for dumbbells since mine stop at 120 (for now). 

Trimmed some accessory sets. Getting tuckered.
