W1D1. Start of a new cycle. Let's see if I get another bump out of this run! Was tempted to mix up the accessories but I stopped. Why bugger with something that's working. Reset weight/reps on everything but the db bench as I want to get the 5x5 off of my plate then either add or drop weight.

Week 7 standing press day at TSE. Tried a new PWO. Holy crap MAH GUHTZ!!! 255 previous 1RM from April 6.
Standing Press 255/260/265 x 1 - good enough. Felt good for another 5-10# easy.

W7D2 Press. A cycle test day. April 3 was the last one with 100k on the seated press and 141k with the close grip bench. Felt good. Went with 2.5% over my last 1RM. Let's see how long I can keep this progress.
Side note. I hate sweating before I even start doing anything.

Week 3. Too hot and bagged yesterday to lift. Crap sleep last night but work needs to get done in the basement. Stitching on my shorts also ripped off a bunch of hide from thumb. Stupid sweat and humidity!
Also learned last weekend that just picking stones and holding them on my chest doesn't translate to platforms or over a yoke. Need to get something set up. Guessing a yoke as at least it's multi purpose.

Week 6, day 2. Short and sweet. Do a step back next session then I get to test some maxes and hopefully push things up a tad.
Going to do a few hours of strongman event training on Saturday then I'm coaching grip at a novice training session at the Strength Edge during the evening. That should shore up anything I left out today.
