W1D1. Start of a new cycle. Let's see if I get another bump out of this run! Was tempted to mix up the accessories but I stopped. Why bugger with something that's working. Reset weight/reps on everything but the db bench as I want to get the 5x5 off of my plate then either add or drop weight.

Week 6, day 2. Short and sweet. Do a step back next session then I get to test some maxes and hopefully push things up a tad.

Going to do a few hours of strongman event training on Saturday then I'm coaching grip at a novice training session at the Strength Edge during the evening. That should shore up anything I left out today.
