Week 3. Too hot and bagged yesterday to lift. Crap sleep last night but work needs to get done in the basement. Stitching on my shorts also ripped off a bunch of hide from thumb. Stupid sweat and humidity!
Also learned last weekend that just picking stones and holding them on my chest doesn't translate to platforms or over a yoke. Need to get something set up. Guessing a yoke as at least it's multi purpose.
