Week 6, day 2. Short and sweet. Do a step back next session then I get to test some maxes and hopefully push things up a tad.
Going to do a few hours of strongman event training on Saturday then I'm coaching grip at a novice training session at the Strength Edge during the evening. That should shore up anything I left out today.
