Before Supper

Low back is sore from the elliptical and I didn't have any zazz so I called the squat stuff.

Front Squat to 121k x 2

Air Bike 15:00

Elliptical punched in 300 cal. Took ~30:00

Felt guilty

Sissy Squat x 3 x 10r

GHR x 3 x 10r

Hanging Leg Raise 3 x 10r
