First time in a commercial gym in over three years. Errr......
I feel like I can easily keep pumping out sets on the shoulder presses. Form break or fatigue still weren't stopping me at the 30 reps.

ReplyDeleteThanks buddy! I'm having to work away for a bit so I'm in a commercial gym. It sucks. Crap bars and racks. No specialty bars. People doing strange and ineffectual lifting. I'm going in early so I don't have to be around more of them after work lol
