Arm Work

Afternoon

Just did some AW strength work while watching the tube.

1) Band Iso's in the start position with my 20" Ironwoody
2 x 30 seconds - Band over palm
2 x 30 seconds - Band over thumb

2) Heavy Hammer Pronation
10# x 3 x 20r

3) Finger Work
