Quick workout today as I had a funeral to attend for one of my favourite great aunts. I'm really glad I got the time with her that I did. She'll be missed.
1) Bench Press - Ring finger on ring

Add wraps

Wraps and original slingshot paused reps

2) Coan Style Row
275 x 8, 8, 8, 8
