Blobbin', Squattin', My Saxon and Some Curls

Blob work with my York 50.
5 iso's then 3 sliding sets, each about 13-15 slides per set before fatigued. I tried the second set on the carpet to see if it'd be harder than my rubber mat but it wasn't so I went back to the mat.

2x35's Pinch Negs x 1, 1 - My thumbs were pretty fried at this point but I figured I'd give it a shot. I might start throwing in some TTK or pony clamp pinches to finish of the thumbs on these days in the future.
